Privacy Policy

Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose and on what legal basis, whom we entrust it to and what rights you have. We have tried to write it in plain language, not just legalese.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

• Contact form data: first name, surname, email address, company name and type of business.
• Data from direct contact: the content of your message and any data you provide when writing to us by email or via WhatsApp.
• Technical and statistical data: information collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (including IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site). Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Handling your enquiry and commercial contact — the basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and business relationships (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Analytics and statistics — on the basis of your consent given in the cookie settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing and remarketing — if we deploy advertising tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads), we will use them only after you have given consent to marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Legal obligations and the establishment or pursuit of claims — where required by law or by our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

4. Data recipients and processors

We entrust your data to trusted providers who help us run the site and handle enquiries. Each of them processes data under a contract and only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting (USA).
• n8n Cloud — automated handling of form submissions (European Union).
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) — the email and spreadsheet that receive submissions (Google Workspace, Google Sheets), and visit statistics (Google Analytics 4); possibly Google Ads in the future (EEA / USA).
• Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation) — analysis of site usage (Microsoft Clarity) (USA).
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — communication via WhatsApp and, possibly in the future, advertising tools (Meta Pixel) (EEA / USA).

5. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area

Some providers (including Google, Microsoft, Meta, Vercel) may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. This takes place on the basis of mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection — European Commission decisions (the Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the Commission.

6. How long we keep data

• Data from enquiries and correspondence — for the duration of our discussions and then for the limitation period of any potential claims.
• Data from cookies and analytics tools — for the period described in the Cookie Policy or until consent is withdrawn.

7. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• rectify (correct) your data,
• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry — without it we cannot prepare an offer or respond to your message.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. The rules for their use and a list of tools are set out in a separate Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when regulations or the tools we use change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
