What volume do we start a private label project at?
We set the minimum order individually; it depends on the complexity of the recipe, packaging and weight. As standard we start from a few tonnes a month. We give firm numbers after a short call about your market and volume.
How long does recipe implementation take?
From brief to finished sample, typically 3–6 weeks. From sample approval to first delivery, depending on packaging design and label approvals, usually another 3–8 weeks.
Do you serve markets outside the EU?
Yes, we've exported to 10 countries for 12 years. Export documentation, veterinary certificates and label translations are part of every delivery.
What if the target market has specific certification requirements?
We have Halal, HACCP and EU veterinary supervision, with certificates for every export batch. If your market needs an extra certificate, tell us at the start of the conversation — we'll check whether and how quickly we can provide it. We speak plainly, without empty promises.
Can I keep my current supplier and add you on top?
Yes. Many distributors start by diversifying — they run the white label with us, standard stays with the current supplier. It's a safe way in and a way to manage supply chain risk.
Who develops the recipe?
Our technologist, based on your brief (market, species, seasoning level, end-consumer expectations). You test the sample with your own customer, and we adjust the recipe if needed.
