Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the 2mundos.pl website and the services provided electronically, including the contact form. The site is informational in nature and we do not sell online through it.

1. General provisions

2. Definitions

• Website — the website available at 2mundos.pl.
• Service Provider — 2MUNDOS Sp. z o.o. Sp. komandytowa.
• User — any person using the Website.
• Services — the services provided electronically, described in point 3.

3. Types and scope of services

Within the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:

• making available informational content about the company, products and offer,
• a contact form allowing you to send a request for a quote,
• redirection to contact via WhatsApp, email and telephone.

Information about products and the offer published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (to enter into commercial talks).

4. Technical requirements

To use the Website, all you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. To use the form, an active email address is required.

5. Rules of use

• The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
• Providing unlawful content and any actions that disrupt the operation of the Website are prohibited.
• The User provides true and current data in the form.

6. Contact form

Submitting the form requires providing the data marked as mandatory and accepting the consent to be contacted. The rules for processing data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content, trademarks, logos, photographs and materials on the Website are protected by law and belong to the Service Provider or are used under appropriate rights. Copying and distribution without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited.

8. Complaints

Complaints concerning the operation of the Website can be submitted to info@2mundos.pl. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

10. Final provisions

• Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law.
• The Service Provider may amend these terms for important reasons; the current version is published on the Website with the date of update.
• These terms are available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be downloaded and printed.
