B2B FAQ

The facts for your buying team

We've gathered the questions we get most often from buying teams: minimum order, lead times, certifications, documents and payments.

Questions

Most frequently asked

What's the minimum order?

As standard we ship full trucks. For a first trial order and for private label we set the minimum individually, once we know your market and monthly volume.

What's the lead time on a first order?

Catalogue stock usually ships in 1–3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on weight availability and the delivery window.

Private label ships in 3–8 weeks from recipe and label sign-off, depending on the packaging design.

A dedicated recipe takes 8–16 weeks from brief — this covers recipe development, samples, regulatory approvals and packaging design.

What certifications do you currently hold?

We hold an active Halal certificate (ritual slaughter and production, with a certificate for every export batch), HACCP from day one and EU veterinary supervision. If your market requires an additional certificate, tell us — we'll check whether and how quickly we can provide it.

What documents come with the delivery?

Every delivery includes a veterinary certificate, a certificate of analysis, an invoice in your language and a CMR consignment note. For exports outside the EU we add full customs documentation, and for private label the declarations of conformity and certificates under your brand.

In which languages do you handle sales?

We speak Polish, English and German, and we prepare export paperwork in your language. The site launches in 7 languages, prioritising DE, TR, EN and PL.

What are the payment terms?

We agree them individually after exchanging trade references, taking market, volume and history into account. We give specific terms at the quote stage.

Do you support quality control on the customer's side?

Yes. Your technologist can inspect a batch at our production plant before shipping. We also work with the customer's independent auditors (external labs, BRC/IFS audits at your partner).

What happens if a batch doesn't meet spec?

We handle quality non-conformities directly through a decision-maker, without escalating through departments. We agree the decision and how we compensate within a few working days.

Do we have to drop our current supplier?

No. Many of our customers started with diversification, part of the volume or specific SKUs with us, the rest staying with their existing supplier. It's a safe way to come on board.

Where do your raw materials come from?

We source raw material from European suppliers, under EU veterinary supervision, with full batch traceability and compliance with EU standards. We open the documentation details after a first conversation and an NDA, if required.
